Giacona murder case adjourned while doctor new to the case gets up to speed

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - There will not be any movement until next year in the case of the 13-year-old boy accused of shooting and killing his father in the father's Vernon home.

Joseph Giacona III's attorney asked for more time to bring a doctor he'd just hired up to speed.

On Tuesday, the judge gave them until January 14.
