UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A former financial advisor accused of stealing more than $350,000 from a client said no Wednesday to a plea offer.
The deal would would have helped Dorene Dorn avoid prison time. The judge set February 2nd as a trial date.
By taking her chances at trial, Dorn risks up to 15 years in state prison.
