Poland man charged with rape of 14 year old in Town of Trenton

TRENTON, N.Y. (WKTV) - A 22 year old Poland man has been charged with the rape of a 14 year old girl, State Police said.

According to the State Police and the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, Justin J. Mykel, 22, of Poland, faces charges of rape and criminal sexual act, after they say he had intercourse and oral sex with a 14 year old girl while in the Town of Trenton.

Mykel was arraigned in the Town of Trenton Court and sent to the Oneida County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail/bond.

The 14-year-old victim is currently seeking services with the Child Advocacy Center.
