(WKTV) - The Youth Empowerment Project will assist thousands of Herkimer and Oneida county folks in having a happy holiday this Christmas. However, to do that they need your help. After filling hundreds of bags with clothes and toys, they are running very low on the toy end. Over two hundred families and one hundred and sixty elderly shut-ins have requested or are in line for help.
