BOONVILLE, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Boonville man was arrested Thursday night on charges of sexual abuse.
The Oneida County Sheriff's Department says Timothy Witzigman Jr., 23 of Boonville, allegedly had sexual contact with a female under the age of 11 back in December.
Witzigman was arraigned in the Village of Oriskany court and sent to Oneida County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail. He is scheduled to return to court on January 13th.
