N.Y. (WKTV) - Communities Against Regional Interconnect (C.A.R.I.) has appealed to the New York State Public Service Commission to reconsider their ruling that C.A.R.I. has the burden of proof that their Thruway Buried Cable Alternative to New York Regional Interconnect's power line plan is reasonable.
The group contends that the burden of proof should fall with the applicant, in this case, N.Y.R.I.
According to C.A.R.I. representatives, most state and elected officials support their alternative plan.
