Free Pancake Day at IHOP benefits Children's Miracle Network

NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (WKTV) - Attention pancake lovers - if you'd like to get some free eats, and help out a great cause, head on over to IHOP!

It's National Pancake Day, and IHOP has teamed up with the Children's Miracle Network to raise money.

Along with the free pancakes, guests were invited to make a donation that benefits CMN programs at Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare.

Organizers say what better way to help out others than with free food!

"They love to come into IHOP on National Pancake Day," said Michele Adams, CMN Coordinator. "Enjoy a free short stack of pancakes and at the same time, they're benefiting the programs equipment and services at Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare."

Last year alone, more than one and a half million pancakes were served.

The event runs Tuesday, February 24 from 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
