Man accused of holding woman against her will in Herkimer now facing separate kidnapping charges in New Hartford

NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (WKTV) - A man already facing charges for allegedly holding a woman against her will in Herkimer is now facing charges in another incident.

Investigators say David Lipiec allegedly abducted a 29 year-old woman from New Hartford back on February 7 and held her at a home in the Town of Danube. In this latest incident, he is facing charges of kidnapping.

State Police are continuing their investigation into these and any other incidents Lipiec may have been involved with.
