Arrest Made in Utica Homicide:
We learned two major developments about the city's second homicide of the year. Police arrested 20 year-old David Felder, charging him with second degree murder. He was brought into questioning not too long after the deadly shooting. The victim has been identified as 28 year-old Joseph Wilson of Utica. Police say they found him with head and chest wounds outside of 709 Plant Street in Utica Monday afternoon. He was rushed to a hospital but later pronounced dead. It's unclear what the circumstances were leading up to the shooting.


Pettersen Sentencing Today:
The former director of a drug treatment facility in Clinton is due in court this morning for sentencing. A jury found Ole Pettersen guilty of offering a false instrument for filing, in connection to a case of Medicaid fraud. He could receive up to three years in prison.


Empire Aero Lays Off 35 Employees:
More layoffs in Oneida County. This time at Empire Aero Center in Rome. Company officials announced 35 people will be laid off at the maintenance facility at the Griffiss Business Park. The job cuts affect non "a & p" certified aircraft technicians.


Employees Agree To Return AIG Bonuses:
New York's Attorney General says 15 AIG employees who received some of the largest bonuses this year have agreed to return them in full. That brings the total that AIG employees have agreed to give back to about $50 million dollars. Also tonight, President Barack Obama's prime time news conference. You can see it here on NBC and NEWSChannel 2 at 8:00pm.


Report Shows Rising Costs of Alzheimer's; Dementia:
A new report out today focuses on rising health care costs for people diagnosed with Alzheimer's and dementia. In Oneida County, we've seen a 36 percent growth of Alzheimer's diagnoses over the past seven years, making the county the fastest growing area in Central New York.
