27-Year-Old Michelle Hutchings, of the Town of Marshall, went missing July 30, 2006. She left her house to hang out with friends, never to be heard from since. Her friend Chris claims to have dropped her off, at midnight, on the 1400 block of Bleecker Street, in the City of Utica.

She had only the clothes on her back, a blue T-shirt and jeans. She left her purse, car and cell phone at home. She also left her Potassium medication at home.

Michelle was very close with her family, and her disappearance is tearing them apart. She was always one to always call home and let her mother know she was okay. In fact, the night she went missing, she called her grandfather to say she would cut his hair tomorrow. Tomorrow never came and her family wants to know why.

Judy Seelman, Michelle's mother says a day doesn't go by that she doesn't think of her daughter.

Seelman has saved all the voice mails left by her daughter, for fear it will be the last time she hears her voice.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Department is handling the investigation. Seelman tells NewsChannel 2 investigators have a burned CD with the voice mail conversations.

Sheriff Dan Middaugh says they are continuing to follow leads, some that have taken the investigation as far as Syracuse. At this point, they do not have any evidence that suggests foul play. The National Center for Missing Adults has also picked up this case

If you're aware of Michelle's whereabouts, you're urged to call the Oneida County Sheriff's Department at 765-2244.
