No vote on Woodberry Swim Club open membership; issue tabled

NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (WKTV) - Members of the Woodberry Hills Swim Club could find out if their exclusive pool is going to be made available for people who live outside their neighborhood.

The facility relies on member dues to stay afloat.

A vote was expected last night, but one member tells us no vote took place.

According to the Board President, Marc Chilton, the issue has been tables until the end of the 2009 swim season.

"The membership did meet last night, and amongst all the business discussed the proposed changes to the by-laws were tabled for further discussion until after the 2009 swim season in light of the new members already joining," Chilton said.
