Local attorney and musician accused of sending sexual images to teen

NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (WKTV) - A local attorney and musician is facing charges after it is alleged he sent sexual images to a minor.

According to the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center, Devin Garramone is accused of sending sexual images to a 16 year old with his cell phone. Advocacy Center Investigator Kevin Revere said he could not release the gender of the teen, or any other details related to the case.

He was arraigned in New Hartford Town Court this afternoon on a charge of disseminating indecent material to a minor, and was released on his own recognizance.

The Advocacy Center says no other charges are pending, and the incident remains under investigation.

He is currently scheduled to return to court on Friday, June 12th.
