Fugitive of the Week: Damon Harris AKA Paul Young

(WKTV) - This week's Fugitive of the Week is Damon Harris, aka Paul Young.
    
Harris was on parole for a 2007 controlled substance violation.  But he also had many narcotic and theft arrests in the past.
    
He is a black male, standing about 5' 9" and weighs roughly 170 lbs.
    
U.S. Marshal Jamie Farrington says his last known address was in Utica.  He had asked to be allowed to move out of state, but that request was denied.  Officials say he left anyway.
