Herkimer man charged with violating order of protection
ILION, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Herkimer man has been arrested following a complaint that he violated an order of protection. Police say David Lacelle, age 27, was charged after he contacted the person who sought protection from him. He also made threats over the phone. Lacelle is charged with criminal contempt in the first degree as well as aggravated harassment in the second degree, a felony and misdemeanor respectively. He was arraigned in Ilion Village Court and sent to the Herkimer County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond. The Herkimer Police Department assisted in location Lacelle. |
