Suspect in Corr murder to return to Oneida County next week
UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - One of two suspects who have yet to be brought to justice for New Hartford Police Officer Joseph Corr's murder is due in a local courtroom for the first time next week.
Right now Marion Pegese is being held in New Jersey on unrelated charges, and recently waived an extradition hearing. Local authorities are bringing him to Oneida County on Monday morning, June 8, 2009. |
