Police suspect more victims of New Hartford pizzeria owner

NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (WKTV) - Police suspect that there may be more victims of the New York Pizzeria and Deli owner that was arrested for inappropriately touching a female employee.

Nicholas Cavalier III, age 39, was arrested after police say he grabbed a 20-year-old female employee at the business around 9:00 p.m. on June 4. The employee had begun working at New York Pizzeria and Deli the day before and was on her second shift.

Cavalier was arrested at the business on Friday afternoon. The case was adjourned until June 30.

New Hartford Police are seeking these other victims and they are asked to call the police department at 315-724-7111 or 315-733-6666.
