NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (WKTV) - The Oneida County District Attorney's Office says Robert Ward has waived his right to an extradition hearing.

That means Ward will appear in Oneida County Court within a few weeks.

Right now, Ward is in a Pennsylvania jail for a different incident.

Ward is the final suspect to be charged in the death of New Hartford Police Officer Joseph Corr, who was killed while chasing robbery suspects in 2006.
