UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - The video tape from the night State Police Investigator Matthew Sullivan was pulled over can not be edited the way the judge wants.  Instead, a transcript of that night may soon be available.

According to the Assistant District Attorney handling the case, Robert Bauer, the transcript was mailed to Judge Balzano's office, and Sullivan's attorney's office Thursday.

Tuesday Judge Balzano said a portion of the video from the pull over could be available if it would not hinder a potential trial.
