Vernon woman arrested for driving while using drugs
ONEIDA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Vernon woman was arrested for driving while ability impaired by drugs and possession of those drugs after police initiated a traffic stop on State Route 46. 54-year-old Renee Hogan of Vernon was stopped Friday afternoon by New York State Troopers after they received reports of an erratic drive operating a black Nissan Maxima. Hogan was charged with DWAI by drugs, criminal possession of a controlled substance and a violation of the Public Health law for prescription drugs not in the original container. Hogan was also charged with numerous vehicle and traffic violations. She was released on tickets and is scheduled to appear in the City of Oneida Court on July 10. Most Popular
