UPD COLD CASE: 1999 "Drama" murder on Park Ave

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Utica Police are once again asking for your assistance in closing an unsolved homicide.

Back on November 7th, 1999, Utica Police found the body of 20-year-old Keith "Drama" Walker at 1000 Park Ave.
    
Evidence showed that Walker, a New York City native, who had just moved to the Utica area, was the victim of a homicide.

The UPD will release more unsolved homicide cases over the course of the next several weeks.
