UPD COLD CASE: Man shot & killed on Kemble St. in 2003

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Utica Police have released their next unsolved homicide and they're looking for your help.

On the afternoon of April 4th, 2003, Utica Police found 34-year old Ali Galloway shot to death on Kemble Street.
