MARCY, N.Y. (WKTV) - In his death, George Murray hopes to help give life.  The man who just passed away following after a battle with ALS has donated his body to science. 

Executive Director of ALS of Utica, Sherry DePerno was inspired by Murray's strength.  ""It amazes me, it really truly amazes me and inspires me, because if you can be that positive with facing something so horrible, really what do the rest of us have to complain about," DePerno said.

Officials at ALS hope that George selfless donation of himself will help science find a cure for ALS.
