Vigil held for James Street fire victims

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Dozens of mourners gathered on James Street Wednesday night to remember and honor the lives of the four people killed in  Saturday morning's house fire.

Resident's of the now chard apartment complex weathered smacks of rain and roars of thunder to pay tribute to their fallen friends, family members and community members.
