Castorland man arrested on sex abuse charges

LOWVILLE, N.Y. (WKTV) - Lewis County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a man they say had unwanted sexual contact with a woman.

Investigators say Charles Elliot, 35, allegedly had contact with the woman on Friday, September 18th in Lowville.

Elliot now faces charges of sexual abuse and harassment.

He's due back on Lowville Town Court at a later date.
