Herkimer student sick, being treated as H1N1
HERKIMER, N.Y. (WKTV) - A sick student in the Herkimer School District is being treated as a swine flu patient.
According to the district, one student is sick with a note from a doctor saying to assume they have the H1N1 virus. The student was tested on Monday, but the results are not being released at this time. In Herkimer County there are 200 doses of the swine flu mist available. According to the Herkimer County Health Department, the initial allocation will be distributed to health care providers. |
