Mancuso brothers found guilty on all counts in illegal asbestos-removal case
SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WKTV) - Two Utica brothers have been found guilty on all counts in a federal asbestos removal and conspiracy trial. Paul Mancuso was accused of running an improper asbestos removal operation. He had been previously convicted in Oneida County Court and not supposed to be involved in an asbestos business in any way, directly or indirectly. His brother Steven was accused of conspiracy for covering up the operation. The duo will be sentenced February 24. Paul Mancuso faces up to 10 years in prison, while Steven Mancuso could face five years behind bars. |
