Rutger Street drug bust leads to two arrests

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Two Utica residents are facing charges after a Utica Police executed a no-knock search warrant at 31 Rutger Street on Wednesday.

It was around 5:30 a.m. When authorities went into the Rutger Street apartment and found crack-cocaine, packaging materials, an electronic scale, and cash.

Arrested were:

Lewis Archer, 34
*three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance
*two counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia

Melissa Warner,20
*three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance
*two counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia
