Coroner: Herkimer pedestrian killed instantly when struck by car
HERKIMER, N.Y. (WKTV) - The 47 year old Herkimer man struck from behind by a car on Halloween night died instantly, according to the Herkimer County Coroner. Dan Enea, the Herkimer County Coroner for District 3, said that Preston Scott died instantly from blunt force trauma and massive internal injuries when he was struck form behind by a car driven by Jessica Zulla, 19, of Utica. Scott was walking along West German Street on Saturday night when the accident happened There is no word on if any tickets or charges will be filed. Most Popular
