WASHINGTON, D.C. (WKTV) - Congress is slated to vote on President Obama's health care bill this weekend.

The question now is, will Congressman Michael Arcuri vote yes or no? Arcuri says he has a pretty good idea about how he will vote on Saturday, but he isn't saying just yet. The Congressman says he's been talking to constituents and has never seen the 24th District so evenly divided over an issue. Arcuri says he is not making a final decision until later Friday afternoon, after he meets with the 'rules committee.'

Arcuri says after the committee meeting, he will have a good idea how certain amendments to the bill will be handled; like insurance companies discriminating against people will pre-existing conditions and an amendment that deals with hospice and palliative care.

The Congressman says people in the 24th District tell him they want a malpractice provision in the bill, and for flexible insurance policies that will allow patients to cross state lines to receive care.

Saturday's vote isn't the final vote for the health care bill. There is another bill in the Senate.

House Democrats say the vote may slip into Sunday or early next week.
