Three more H1N1 deaths in Oneida County brings total to five

ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. (WKTV) - The H1N1 virus is being blamed for three more deaths in Oneida County.

According to the Oneida County Health Department, two people died this week and one person died this past October.

As health department policy dictates, details about the victims are not being released.

Ironically, this news comes just as the county wraps up its first Swine Flu clinic this week.

These three new deaths come just one week after an adult died from H1N1 complications, also in Oneida County. In July, a child also fell victim to the virus.

So now, the total swine flu related deaths in Oneida County stands at five.
