Status of SUNY's planning initiative discussed at HCCC Executive Breakfast

HERKIMER, N.Y. - Robert J. Bellafiore, a senior partner and Director of Public Affairs for Eric Mower and Associates, was the guest speaker at an Executive Breakfast held recently at Herkimer County Community College.

Bellafiore serves as a SUNY Trustee and is a regular contributor on Capital Tonight which airs statewide on News 10 Now. His experience includes tenure as press secretary and deputy chief of staff to New York Governor George E. Pataki, and statehouse reporter for The Associated Press.

With an audience of business, college and community leaders, Bellafiore discussed the status of SUNY’s strategic planning initiative, and emphasized SUNY Chancellor Nancy Zimpher’s desire to collect input from various stakeholders across the state.

“We really want everyone to participate. The process is very important,” said Bellafiore.
