Woman facing multiple charges after car goes into swamp

ROME, N.Y. (WKTV) - An Oneida woman is arrested, after supposedly driving into a swamp while intoxicated.

Authorities say they received several calls Wednesday about someone driving the wrong way on Route 365 near Rome.

They say they found Kristen Schuck's car stuck in a swamp on the side of the road and pulled her out as she was attempting to flee.

Authorities say she displayed signs of a drug overdose. They've charged her with several misdemeanors including DWI.
