Donations pour in to help abused dog

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - More than $1,500 in donations has been raised to help a dog that was allegedly abused and neglected.

According to the Stevens Swan Humane Society, "Annie" is seeing a vet on a regular basis and will need care for some time, as her vets bills are adding up.

She is being treated for infection and severe neglect including malnutrition and anemia.

Two Utica residents have been charged by UPD in connection with this case.
