NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (WKTV) - The New Hartford Police Department says they were called to a fight in progress at the Sangertown Square Mall Saturday evening. While on their way, police were advised that several women were involved in the fight and had fled from inside the mall to the parking lot. After further investigation, Michelle Starkey and Nafisha Starkey of Brooklyn were arrested. The women were arraigned in the Town of New Hartford Court and charged with harassment and disorderly conduct for fighting in a public place. Both women were released after posting $500 bail and are scheduled to return to court later this month to answer to the charges. |
