Pizzeria owner formally charged for sex crimes involving employees
NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (WKTV) - A local restaurant owner has been indicted, or, formally charged, with several sex crimes.
Nicholas Cavalier III, 40, owner of New York Pizzeria & Deli in New Hartford, faces two felonies and two misdemeanors. An Oneida County Grand Jury charged Cavalier with two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, which claim he used force, and two counts of sexual abuse in the third-degree, which means he had sexual contact with a female without her consent. The charges involve three adult female employees of Cavalier's restaurant. Cavalier will enter a plea at his arraignment December 17. |
