Early morning fight turns violent at the Bogie night club

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Two people were stabbed two people were shot early Saturday morning at "The Bogie" nightclub on North Genesee Street, according to authorities.

Utica Police say they responded to the nightclub around 1:30 a.m. and found two victims stabbed on the dancefloor among the 500 patrons in the business.

Both victims suffered non-life threatening injuries and one was transported to a hospital. The other victim refused medical treatment.

Police began to investigate the situation and discoverd that two people had been shot in the parking lot outside. Both shooting victims had been sent to the hospital with non-life threatenting injuries.

According to police, all four victims are not from the area and were uncooperative during the investigation.

Saturday's incident is the fourth major violent occurance at the Bogie in three years. There was a stabbing just about three weeks ago, a double shooting there in August of 2008 and another stabbing back in December of 2007.
