Casabs to reopen

NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. (WKTV) - It's been closed for seven months. Now owners of Casabs, in New Hartford will ring in the new year by opening the doors once again.

In early June, there was a small fire in the kitchen of the restaurant. At the time, owners thought they'd be closed for a day or two. Well that turned into months, as renovations were made following smoke and water damage.

On Friday...Casabs will reopen at 6:30 a.m. and a ribbon cutting is planned for 11a.m.
