UPD: Man distributed child pornography
UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Utica man is facing numerous charges and had items seized from his home after police say he was distributing child pornography.
According to Utica Police, 39-year-old Sven Borchers of Cottage Street was arrested after authorities conducted a no-knock search of his home. The items seized are currently being examined by computer forensic experts. UPD Investigator Bryan Coromato says Borchers is charged with promoting a sexual performance by a child, which is a felony. He was arraigned in Utica City Court and is being held in lieu of $10,000 bail. More charges are pending and the case will be turned over to the Utica District Attorney's Office for Grand Jury action. |
