Pistol Pete's co-owner arrested

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - One of the owners of the embattled East Utica bar pistol pete's has been arrested.

Stephen Patterson, 45, was arrested on three warrants for failure to appear in court on general noise complaints. Those stem from several incidents at Pistol Pete's.

Patterson was sent to the Oneida County Jail on $8,000 bail.

He's due in court Friday morning.
