Molina-Cirino pleads not guilty to aggravated murder charge

UTICA – The man charged with the murder of Officer Thomas Lindsey has pleaded not guilty.

Wesley Molina-Cirino was in Oneida County Court this morning and plead not guilty to the charge of aggravated murder.

Molina-Cirino, also known by his street name of “Flaco,” is charged with the April 12 shooting murder of Officer Thomas Lindsey. Lindsey was making a traffic stop on Nielson Street in Utica, when he was shot in the back of the head.

Molina-Cirino will return to court on August 15, according to the County Court Clerk.
