NY Liquor Authority hearing could decide fate of Bogie II nightclub

By WKTV News

NEW YORK, N.Y. (WKTV) - The State Liquor Authority has completed its hearing for the embattled Utica nightclub the "Bogie II."

The City of Utica wants it shut down and an administrative law judge heard witnesses from both the Bogie and the city.

The judge will now send his findings to the state Alcoholic Beverage Control Board and they are expected to have a final ruling within the next month.

The city has already shut down the Bogie for a year and wants its certificate of occupancy revoked.
