Central NY artists on display at Munson Williams exhibitionUTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Every two years, a modern cultural exhibit at the Munson Williams Proctor Arts Institute draws a crowd. The 62nd Exhibition of Central New York Artists opens on Sunday, February 7. It is one of the longest running programs at the institute, with the works of 31 artists from all over Central New York being showcased. Artists range from students to teachers creating all sorts of art of all types. "It's a big, lively, eclectic collection of work-video, ceramic, painting, sculpture," Curator Mary Murray. "It's a really nice, diverse mix." With an array of choices for art lovers of all ages and backgrounds, there is something for everyone, Murray said. The exhibit will be on display through May 2.
