Super Bowl Sunday means big business for food industry
UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Super Bowl Sunday means a lot of parties and it basically becomes a holiday. But it is certainly no holiday for those in the food industry.
Workers at O'Scugnizzo's Pizzeria on Bleecker Street in Utica. This obviously is one of their biggest money making days of the year. The big question is how do you prepare for that big of an increase in business. Basically it's all hands on deck and then some! The busiest time for area businesses is usually between about 4:00 and 6:00 p.m., the two hours before the game actually starts. |
