Jamestown man injured after snowmobile accident in Boonville
BOONVILLE, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Jamestown man has been injured following a snowmobile accident in the Town of Boonville.
According to New York State Police, troopers in Old Forge investigated the accident on Trail 7B just off of Merry Hill Road. Troy Bouckhuyt, 25, of Jamestown was operating a 2006 Arctic Cat, driving west on Trail 7B, when he lost control on the ice-covered trail and struck a tree, State Police said. Bouckhuyt was treated by members of the Boonville Fire Department and sent by Boonville Ambulance to St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Utica for injuries to his hip, arm, and face. |
