DAVENPORT, N.Y. (WKTV) - The investigation is continuing into the deadly tractor trailer accident that hit a house and killed a woman sleeping inside while injuring two other people in Delaware County.

The tractor trailer flatbed was carrying a load of concrete forms, ran off the road at a curve and crashed into the home around 5:00 a.m. Friday.

New York State Police say the impact dislodged the concrete forms, which flew into the house and killed 46-year-old Rhonda Hitchcock as she slept.

Another woman and five-year-old child in the house received non-life threatening injuries.

State Troopers say the 61-year-old truck driver Charles Harford of Binghamton and his passenger were treated for cuts and bruises.
