Snowmobiler sent to Watertown hospital after Lewis County accident
LOWVILLE, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Lewis County man was hospitalized Sunday after he lost control of his snowmobile in in a trail washout.
Accorinding to the Lewis County Sheriffs Department, 28-year-old James Kautz of Jeffersonville was operating his snowmobile on a trail north of Ebby Road when he came to the pool of water. Kautz was partially ejected and thrown over the windshield. He was sent to Lewis County General Hospital and then transferred to Samaritan Health System medical center in Watertown for a fractured wrist. |
