Corrections Officer accused of selling steroids to re-appear in court in two weeks

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - One of two Oneida County Corrections Officers was in court Wednesday after being accused of possessing cocaine.

Zachary Lazore, along with Peter Dinardo, are accused of possessing and selling two different types of steroids, as well as possessing cocaine.

Lazore's attorney told the judge he needed more time to prepare for the case, and Lazore was told he will return to Oneida County Court in two more weeks.

Lazore was a probationary employee with less than a year on the job. He has since been fired.

There was no word Wednesday morning on why Dinardo was not in court.
