Utica teen found in possession of drugs after giving police a false name
UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A Utica teen is facing charges after he gave police a false name after being pulled over, and was later found to have drugs in his possession.
According to Utica Police, officers conducted a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Bleecker Street and First Street around 3:55 p.m. On Saturday, February 27. At the time of the traffic stop, police said the passenger in that car - Alagujuan White, 19, of Utica, gave police a false name. White was taken into custody for false impersonation, along with an open warrant for harassment. In the course of the arrest, police said White was found to be in possession of a marijuana and crack-cocaine. White now faces charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance, false impersonation, a harassment warrant, and unlawful possession of marijuana. |
