'Man's best friend' causes arterial rollover

By MIKE LaFAVE

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - A driver's dog caused him to roll his vehicle on State Route 12 Saturday afternoon.

The accident happened just minutes after 4p.m.

Steven Cully, 28, New Hartford, was on the 840 exit ramp when he was distracted by his dog.  That's when he lost control of his Oldsmobile Bravada.

The 840 ramp was closed but only for about 10 minutes.

Cully was taken to the hospital with neck and back injuries.  The dog was unharmed.
