Oneida man thrown from motorcycle in accident

VERONA, N.Y. (WKTV) - An Oneida man was hurt after he crashed his motorcycle in the town of Verona.

Oneida County Sheriff Deputies say Keith Gardner, 31, crashed his bike while passing a car on Beacon Light Road Tuesday night.

They say the motorcycle went into a ditch and Gardner flew off the bike. He was rushed to the hospital with a deep cut to his chin and a broken jaw.

Gardner was ticketed for unsafe passing and speeding.
